KS Skin Créme should be applied generously from the waist up and the singlets down, including areas covered by clothing like the stomach and back. We recommend that the user "buddies up" with another athlete or athletic trainer when applying KS to make sure that the hard-to-reach areas are covered properly. Reapply every three to four hours or before each match. Make sure skin is dry before applying. KS Skin Créme will not adhere to wet or perspiring skin.
